By coaching we offer professional individual support at personal development of managers and other employees of the companies in the areas where the support is needed. In this activity we use our experiences gained at training and consulting activities.

Objectives (managers):
  • To develop skills of selected managers by coaching in the areas of:

    • leadership (including coaching) and the motivation of the subordinates to perfect performance with the emphasis to giving objectives and the measuring of their achieving
    • effective interpersonal communication with internal and external partners (with using the rules of assertive behaviour)
    • managerial meetings and team problem solving
    • change management (connected with continuous improvement and the change of the organisational culture)
    • others - according to individual needs of the manager

  • Professional support of preparation the action plan for the future personal development

Objectives (employees):
  • To develop skills of selected employees by coaching in the areas of:

    • effective interpersonal communication with internal and external partners (with using the rules of assertive behaviour)
    • problem solving (using of various instruments, ownership of the problem, active attitude to solving the problem etc.)
    • solving of real problems (analyse of the problem, action planning, Gantt schedule chart, network diagram etc.)
    • giving information - tutoring and coaching others
    • others - according to individual needs of the employee

  • Assistance in the preparation the action plan for the future personal development.

Time: According the requests of client and specific needs of the coached employees (usually from 2 - 4 hours to 5 - 10 days).

Form: Individual assistance in current working situation of coached employee, evaluation of performance and looking for potential of improvement.

Place: Real working condition of coached employee.
