Aim:

Evaluation of the level of professional, intellectual and social ability of the candidates for some jobs.

Objectives:
  • Individual testing of an employee in:
    • intellectual ability for good performance
    • professional ability adequate to his/her job
    • language ability (if requested)
    • managerial skills (in the case of the managerial jobs)

  • Group testing of employees because of the observation of his/her:
    • team-role
    • interpersonal communication
    • ability of organising and managing himself/herself and other members of the team

  • To give the recommendations for future steps in personnel activities to HR managers

Output: Final report from testing and assessment.

The process of testing and assessing:
  1. Questionnaire survey:
    • psycho-diagnostic and personality tests
    • conflict solving questionnaire
    • team-work questionnaire
    • other suitable tests - depending on level of the job or profession
  2. Personal observation of candidates in the process of solving the group tasks.
  3. Structured interview with the candidates.
  4. Preparation of written presentation with the findings, conclusions and recommendations.
  5. Presentation of the findings and recommendation to selected employees (if requested).
Time of selection:
  • 1 group of candidates (max. 8 persons) is possible to assess in the time of 6 to 10 hours.
