Analysis of Efficiency and Training Needs of the Companies


Aim:
  • To improve the efficiency of the company especially by improving the quality of human resource development actions.
Objectives:
  • To identify and analyze the strengths of company culture and also facts with the potential need of improvement especially managerial work, motivation, creativity, interpersonal communication, team work etc.
  • To offer for owners and TOP management recommendations for improving of efficiency of the company.
  • To offer for owners and TOP managers recommendations for establishing suitable organization climate and for human resource manager information for preparation of company training plan or the company personnel strategy.
Output:Final report (25 to 35 pages including appendix)

Steps of analysis:
  1. Study of the basic company documents (according to selection of the company):
    • purpose of the company - products or services (product catalogues, advertising brochures etc.
    • organisation chart, selected company organisation standards, training plan (if possible)
    • financial statement in the past - the basic items
    • future objectives

  2. Questionnaires survey:
    • company objectives - existence, knowledge, achieving
    • the level of various managerial areas, parts of the company climate (organisation chart, the company culture, motivation, communication creativity, human resource development etc.

  3. Personal interviews with selected employees of the company (10 - 30 minutes semi-structured interviews)

  4. Preparation of final report with the discovered facts, conclusions and recommendations in the areas:
    • management, the company culture and climate
    • company efficiency (training and non training recommendation)

  5. Final presentation for owners and selected company managers.
Time:
  • 2 - 4 weeks (time since the first visit until the final presentation).
